Right to recall the agreement
Some of your personal data are processed with your agreement. You have the right to recall this agreement, including the agreement with sending business messages. This agreement could be recalled on our e-mail address info@arteclinic.cz.
You can also recall your agreement to the processing of your personal information and your agreement to sending commercial communications by simply clicking on the relevant link at the end of each business message.

You have the right to access the personal data we proces about you and also the right to information about personal date we proces about you, the lenght of time, the purpose of processing, who we are accesing and if we use it for automated processing. A copy of your personal information will be provided free of charge.
Right to repair
If you find that we are processing incomplete or incorrect personal data about you, you have the right to correct personal data or, if the purpose of processing personal data requires, to supplement it.
Right of cancellation
You have right to delete all of your personal data we keep and proces about your person.
However, there couldbe a situation where your personal information can not be deleted. Such a case is in particular situation where our processing of your personal data requires a different duty.
