Process of procedure

The doctor performs a special V-shape incision with the instrument Surgitron on the lower eyelid. He carefully removes any excess skin. Afterwards, with an inside stitch, he pulls in the structures under the surface, hence the slight tightening of the skin on the face.

The incision, which is only in the last third part of the lower eyelid, is stitched in the line of the eyelashes.

Thanks to the instrument Surgitron and its positioning, the scar heals very well and after it heals becomes invisible.

Convalescence

The swelling is mild, there may be slight bruising. The swelling will subside after three days.

A occasional pain that you may feel the first day can be treated with common analgesics, for example Parelen. Apply cold compresses on the eyelids after the first three days after the procedure.

Regardless the weather – bring your sunglasses to the clinic.

Maintain a resting regime for one week.

Stitches are removed 7 to 9 days after the procedure. After that period you may use make-up.
